Final year program
For final year students the LSS provides the means to farewell the faculty that most of us barely see the outside of in our stay of 5 odd years, Valadictory dinner, BBQ&the yearbook all fall within the purview of our final year rep.
By the time most us get to our final year, the novelty of study has well and truly worn off. However, final year is also time to say good-bye and collect mementos of our time spent at the David Derham school of law.
The Final Year representative arranges a final year photo, Valedictory Yearbook and Final Year Dinner, also attended by the Dean, academic staff and featuring a guest speaker.
The final year representative also works with faculty on alumni matters such as the Alumni Mentor Program. The last LSS BBQ of second semester is also held in honour of final year students, hopefully keeping up the tradition that your last year at Monash is often the most enjoyable.
Final year students, who are finishing their law degrees either the end of this year or midway through next year, are invited to join the Monash University Final Year Law Students - 2009/2010 Facebook group.

This group is an easy way for final year students to be updated on all the activities that are being run during second semester, including Val BBQ, Val Dinner and the publication of the Val Book.
