Monash Law Students' Society

The Monash Law Students' Society (LSS) will be hosting a series of Clerkship Seminars for students during Semester 1 in order to gain an in-depth look into Australia's top and mid-tier commercial law firms. This is a fantastic opportunity for students to gain insight into the varied firm cultures and importantly, the seasonal clerkship application process. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in a mock-interview with an HR consultant from a law firm. The mock interviews allow students to improve their interview skills, review sample questions and develop their answers (without the pressure)! During Semester 2 the LSS is also eager to run alternative career pathway seminars to ensure that students are given a broad range of information about the different careers that a law degree can lead to.
