Events
The Monash Law Students’ Society is proud to run a number of events through the year that seek to educate and inspire students about social justice, as well as issues affecting law students. The events are a fantastic way for students to network with members of the legal profession, government and community organisations. They also provide a way for students to widen their social circles and connect with new people.
Events run in previous years have included book signings, seminars, an ‘R U OK Day’ BBQ, meditation sessions to raise awareness for mental health issues affecting law students and a ‘Tea & Social Justice’ networking event.
Events for the 2012 academic year are currently being finalised.
Please visit this website for further information. If you are interested in becoming involved in an event or have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact Matthew Hearn, Vice-President (Education) at education@monashlss.com.
