Wellness Sessions

Law students are at greater risk of psychological distress and depression compared to other tertiary student groups. The Wellness Sessions provide students with an opportunity to improve their mental well-being through a series of 'wellness sessions' in a supportive and interactive environment. The aim of the sessions is to promote the importance of mental health and provide students with the skills to manage stress and anxiety.

The sessions will include seminars on how to identify stressors and manage stress effectively, the influence of physical health on mental and emotional well-being and yoga/meditation classes.
